-         Prepare  tools  and material .

-         Check the condition of the outside keyboard.

-         Cleaning the inside of keyboard.

-         Check the performance of keyboard .

-         Trim back the approprite tools and materials where.

5.     Monitoring

Supervisors should understand properly the established procedures of the factory, the procedure was performed with entry made.

6.     Corrective Action

-after cleaning the keyboard check back component.

- if no peripherals are damaged it can be replaced with a new one.

7.     Verification and Keeping

-         Technicians record the time, day, date, the tools used and the corrective action taken.

-         Recordings that have been made should have been stored for up to two year.
