procedure was performed with entry made.

Corrective Action

cleaning the keyboard check back component.

if no peripherals are damaged it can be replaced with
a new one.
7.
Verification and Keeping
-
Technicians record the time, day, date, the tools used and
the corrective action taken.

Recordings that have been made should have been stored for
up to two year.
